FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — Matthew Nelson is frustrated by the number of ATV and dirt bike riders that drive recklessly past his Fall River home almost daily.

"You hear them coming and it's scary," Nelson said.

Nelson told 12 News a rider crashed into his car at the corner of Broadway and Osborn Street.

"As I was turning, one passed the vehicles on the right-hand side — and destroyed my car," Nelson recalled. "[The dirt bike] landed in my front yard."

"He was going 50 mph, took my front end off and was driving an unlicensed, unregistered and uninsured street bike," he continued.
