WATERFORD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- It was a fun Friday evening at Waterford Harbor for the Tugboat Parade. The Hudson River filled with boats of all shapes and sizes.

Attendees got to enjoy the sights and sounds as well as a marketplace of crafts, food and maritime memorabilia.
