Police made an arrest Friday after an individual refused to leave their residence that reportedly had firearms in it, according to Colorado Springs Police Department blotter entry.

CSPD was responding to the 1900 block of Dublin Boulevard to investigate a disturbance involving a knife and learned from the victim that the person was inside alone.

The entry stated the suspect refused to leave the residence and reportedly had access to firearms. Tactical enforcement and specialized units were dispatched and the suspect exited after the "deployment of tools and tactics without incident."

Police told The Gazette a threat was made toward the victim but that there were no injuries. The firearms in the house were handed over to a family member who does not live with the suspect.
