TYLER, Texas — Arrest documents reveal an East Texas woman failed to report that her boyfriend was sexually abusing young children , despite having multiple opportunities to do so.

Tiara Kelly, 34, of Tyler, was arrested Thursday on a charge of abandonment or endangerment of a child in connection with not reporting the sexual assault of young children by her boyfriend and allowing him continued access to the children he abused.

Her boyfriend, Joshua Flowers, was booked into the Smith County Jail on Aug. 20 on a charge of indecency with a child by sexual contact. He is accused of drugging and sexually abusing young children multiple times.
