NORMAN — Here are three takeaways from Class 6A-I ninth-ranked Norman’s 19-13 win over No. 7 Norman North on Friday night.

Player of the game: Crew Noles. The Norman senior played multiple roles for the Tigers as he thrived at receiver, defensive back and even quarterback in a special package. Noles, the younger brother of OU defensive back and former Norman star Dax Noles, was involved in both of Norman’s scores in the second quarter as he threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to Noah Hoelzer before catching a 12-yard touchdown pass from Cash Koertner.
