One man was killed and two others were injured in a shooting at a park in Oxnard on Friday evening, authorities said.

Officers responded to a shooting call around 7:50 p.m. at Del Sol Park, located near the 1600 block of Camino Del Sol, according to the Oxnard Police Department.

Three adult males were found with gunshot wounds. One was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two were transported to a nearby hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known.

An investigation is currently underway.
