DOVER-FOXCROFT -- The Hermon High School Hawks closed out week one with a big win over the newly Class C promoted Foxcroft Academy Ponies.

After a pass interference penalty moved the Hawks into prime scoring position, running back Dylan Yeo put up the game's first points on a short touchdown run to give his team the lead early in the second quarter.

On the ensuing kickoff, Ponies return specialist Aiden Harvey ran through the Hawks defense on his way to an 86 yard return that set Foxcroft Academy's offense up inside the 15-yard line.

Just a few plays later on third down, Ponies quarterback Evan Seavy threw up a lob to wide receiver Lucas Sands who was able to come down with an incredible toe-tap catch in the back of the endzone to bring the score within one.
