September is Suicide Awareness Month. We need to raise awareness about suicide prevention, reduce stigma around mental health, and remind each other that reaching out for help is a sign of strength. If you or someone you know is struggling, there are people who care and resources available to support you. Please reach out to a counselor or teacher if you ever need help or support.
