Sibley County Court

• Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond Aug. 26 for Sylvester Antley Clark, 38, Gaylord, for charges alleging carrying a pistol in a public place without a permit and third-degree DWI. He may be released on his own recognizance with conditions. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 30.

• Johnny Lee Bazan, 41, Brownton, appeared on amended charges alleging two counts of first-degree felony DWI, gross misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor driving after revocation Aug. 28. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 2. Release conditions remain as previously ordered.

• Christian David Dice, 30, Apple Valley, plead guilty to third-degree DWI Aug. 28. He was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail, which was stayed. He was placed on up to
