That's what coach Justin Rodman intends to find out when he reviews the second half of the NWFL qualifying final against Ulverstone, where his side booked a seventh grand final appearance.

An eight-goal to one second term saw the Magpies hold a 51-point lead at half-time, and the margin stayed the same come full time, 20.10 (130) to 12.7 (79).

"Our first half was really strong. It was a really hot game. Ulverstone brought its best, credit to them. When we needed to perform, we were able to hit the scoreboard and defend well," Rodman said post-match.
