Oregon Ranger Encounters Mysterious Brown Shape In Ditch, Then Makes Astonishing Discovery

That was the case for Tyler Bank, a ranger in Oregon, who recently had an encounter he’ll never forget. While on patrol at Cove Palisades State Park, something unusual caught his eye.
