Dan Gilbert’s a multibillionaire, an entrepreneur, a devoted Detroiter and majority owner of the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, who grew up in a middle-class neighborhood in Southfield who has gone on to achieve unbelievable success.

But one thing he wasn’t until six months ago was a guy with a tattoo.
