Tracking storms arriving this afternoon, evening in Philadelphia region

Storms with potential damaging winds, heavy rain and small chances of large hail and an isolated tornado are heading to the Philadelphia area Saturday afternoon. Meteorologist Grant Gilmore times out when those storms could arrive.
