A house in Sewell that sold for $610,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Washington Township in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 12 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $963,242, or $215 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 25 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
