Starting pitcher Quinn Priester is in his third MLB season and first with the Milwaukee Brewers.

The 24-year-old right-hander is in the midst of a breakout campaign and is showing why he was the 18th overall pick during the 2019 MLB Draft.

Priester — who was traded from Pittsburgh to the Boston Red Sox in July 2024 — was sent to the Brewers in April, moving minor-leaguers Yophery Rodriguez and John Holobetz (plus a draft pick) to Beantown in the process.

The Illinois native set a Brewers franchise record on Friday night , winning his 11th consecutive decision in Milwaukee’s 5-2 win over the Pirates. Priester finished his outing allowing two runs on six hits with one walk and six strikeouts over seven innings.

He’s now 12-2 with a 3.25 ERA , 1.23 WHIP and 113 strikeouts across 141 1
