LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man was arrested and charged for allegedly stealing a vehicle and fleeing police in a high-speed chase in Lancaster County early this morning.
Jordan Volker, 22, was charged with theft, fleeing and eluding, loitering and prowling, and other related traffic violations, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
The bureau says on September 6, at around 12:30 a.m., police were notified that Volker stole a blue Ford F-250 at the 300 block of North West End Avenue.

Police say they located the vehicle, but Volker managed to evade authorities and flee the area. Officers engaged in pursuit on Route 283 westbound into Manheim Borough.
