If you're a fan of sushi, there's a good chance you enjoy sashimi as well. While sushi pairs raw fish with rice, sashimi consists of just raw fish sliced and topped with sauce. Though the two differ, they both include raw fish, and it's important to use high-quality seafood in both dishes.
