Liam Lasala wasn’t waiting around to make an impact on Friday.

In fact, he scored Climax-Scotts’ first 32 points himself.

The senior running back went full on beast mode with a four-touchdown, one-field goal and 130-yard monster performance that propelled Climax-Scotts to its first victory –– a 41-13 triumph over Potterville.

It was a monster performance worthy of MLive Kalamazoo’s Friday Night Hero honors.

Lasala wasted little time making an impact on Friday, kicking things off with an 11-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter, followed by a 15-yard rushing score and a 3-yard rushing touchdown later on in the first half.

He’d connect on a 37-yard field goal to put the Panthers up 27-7 at the half.
