While he's famous for portraying a clever detective on the beloved series Broadchurch , David Tennant played an opposite and equally gripping character on Inside Man . The Netflix thriller series was released in the fall of 2022 and also starred the talented Dylan Baker and Stanley Tucci, but Tennant's role stood out even more.

The actor has had some particularly great parts, including Doctor Who himself, a property developer in The Thursday Murder Club , and Barty Crouch Jr. in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire . It would be fair to say his performance elevates any project, but he's especially good in Inside Man . While the show dives into grim topics, you're impressed by every scene featuring Tennant.
