HOUSTON (KIAH) — The Houston Texans open the 2025 regular season with a trip to Los Angeles to face the Rams in a tough test for both teams.

Both teams won their division titles in 2024, but both teams were bounced from the playoffs in the divisional round.

The Texans hope its offense can get stronger with a new offensive coordinator in Nick Caley and a revamped offensive line to help protect quarterback C.J. Stroud.

Beginning his third season in the NFL, Stroud said he has some nervous energy, but he is excited to show the new offense.

“It's like every first game of every year. You're excited to show your talent and the new guys and the new stuff you learn, the new schemes,” Stroud said. “It's a bunch of different feelings. I'm really excited to play again.”
