MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- During a routine patrol, Marshall County officers noticed a vehicle traveling northbound on Oak Road approaching US 30 with no rear taillights. After stopping the vehicle and talking with the driver, clues to possible intoxication were observed.

After investigating, the officers believed the driver had been operating while intoxicated.
