MOORHEAD — Brothers Elliot and Evan Rosenfeldt were focused as they loaded into a shiny silver plane at the Moorhead Municipal Airport on Saturday morning.
Elliot, 11, and Evan, 8, had both flown before, so they weren’t nervous as their turn came for an airplane ride during the Wings and Wheels Fly-In and Car Show on Saturday, Sept. 6. Pilot Rod Kepler showed them the plane and helped them buckle in before taking off down the runway.
After about 15 minutes in the air, the plane landed and the boys got out.
“It was a little bumpy at times,” Elliot said of the experience.
