Three suspects connected to a shooting in Miami-Dade that left a 16-year-old paralyzed appeared before a judge on Saturday.

Napoleon Bryant, 20, is facing several charges, including attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault and tampering with physical evidence. Additionally, Bryant's sister, 22-year-old Tazaria Alize Miller, and 30-year-old Jesus Aguilar face charges of tampering with physical evidence.

During their court appearances, Bryant, who faces the most severe charges, was denied bond, while Alize Miller was given an $8,500 bond, and Aguilar's bond was set to $12,500.

According to police, the shooting happened at around 3:45 a.m. Friday in a residential area near Southwest 140th Place and Southwest 280th Street in the Leisure City neighborhood.
