Schoolkids could be made to sing the National Anthem – and raise the ­Union Flag as they do it. ‌

Reform MP Lee Anderson says the daily ceremony – similar to lessons Mad Vlad Putin orders in Russia – should be made compulsory. ‌

Speaking at the Reform party conference in Birmingham, “50p Lee” told the Daily Star Sunday: “Change is needed, why shouldn’t we be proud of our country? ‌

“We need to start teaching the children what it means to be British, and tell them of all the great things this nation has done.”
