KINGSTON, N.Y. — The semifinals are set in senior men’s doubles following action on Friday, Sept. 5 at the Ulster County Open Tennis Tournament at Forsyth Park.

The No. 3 seeded team of Roni Dotan and Ryan Tate defeated unseeded David Ellner and Jules Kaufman, 6-3, 6-2 in one quarterfinal-round match.

The No. 4 seeded duo of Fabio Chizzola and Richard Webb ousted the unseeded team of Eric Duvivier and Frankie Rosa, 6-1, 7-6 (7-1) to also advanced to the semifinals.

The other semifinalists are the top-seeded team of Franz Kaisik and Ronald Kubart and the unseeded duo of Rick Lange and David Loewen, who advanced to the semifinal round with wins earlier in the tournament.

In senior mixed doubles, the top-seeded team of Karen Gill and Evan Hurata advanced to the title match with a 6-2, 6-3
