Drier conditions are building into the region after a wet start to our weekend. We'll be monitoring the final clearing as the system moves out, but expect that sunshine to win the battle for the weekend. Highs are looking pleasant, landing in the middle to upper 70s.

Looking ahead, the forecast is looking fantastic! After today, we're entering a period of dry weather that we expect to last for most, if not all of next week. This is thanks to high pressure building in, which is great news for any outdoor plans. There is a significant warming trend starting Monday as we climb into the lower to middle 80s early next week, and by mid-week, temperatures are set to soar into the upper 80s to lower 90s from Wednesday through Friday.
