It's week two, and Army football is already starting a new quarterback.

Junior Cael Hellums will get the start tonight at Kansas State , working out with the Army starters during pregame warmups in Manhattan, Kansas.

"Dewayne has been banged up during practice this week,'' head coach Jeff Monken said before the game. He said he expects Coleman may play in the Saturday evening contest.

Incumbent starter Dewayne Coleman, a senior, got banged up twice in last week's loss to Tarleton State. Hellums stepped in for Coleman at the end of the second and fourth quarters and played admirably. He scored on a 1-yard run right before halftime.
