MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) — A division of Primary Care Partners (PCP) called Western Colorado Pediatrics (WCP) hosted a special check presentation and celebration of its annual fundraiser for the Kids Aid Backpack Program on Friday, Aug. 22.

WCP presented a check for $5,486 to Tessa Kaiser, the Executive Director of the program, outside of the Primary Care Partners building, located at 3150 N 12th St. The healthcare division completed the fundraiser by pledging to donate $5 for every well-child check done between July 1 and Aug. 1. A total of 1,098 well-child visits were completed by the end of the fundraising period.
