While Carter was fortunate that his Eagles pulled out the victory on Thursday night, Bett’s infraction proved costly. He was issued a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, helping the Bulls finish off the drive with Nico Gramatica’s game-winning field goal on the final play to complete the upset.
