ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara gave an impassioned speech to protesters at the No Kings No Troops Rally amid rumors of potential Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity on September 6.
The mayor compared President Donald Trump to 1930s dictators and called him a sexual predator during his speech.
