BLOOMINGTON – No. 23 Indiana scored 35 unanswered points in the second half to pull away from Kennesaw State on the way to a 56-9 victory at Memorial Stadium on Saturday.
Quarterback Fernando Mendoza threw four touchdown passes and receiver Elijah Sarratt caught three of them.
"We have enough guys here that have been here that understand what we want and that were not happy with the way they played last week, and they responded really well," Hoosiers coach Curt Cignetti said.
