Union members gather in San Francisco to begin Proposition 50 campaign

Union members met at the IBEW headquarters in San Francisco to begin a two-month campaign blitz to pass Proposition 50. The measure would change California's Congressional districts, potentially adding five new Democratic seats in response to the state of Texas doing the same thing in favor of Republicans.
