After more than two decades at the very top of world cycling, Olympic gold medallist and Tour de France champion Geraint Thomas is saying goodbye to the sport he's helped transform in Britain.
Later today, he'll cross his final finish line - not in Paris or on an Alpine summit - but right back where it all began, in his hometown of Cardiff, at the end of the Tour of Britain.
"It's definitely going to be a strange feeling," he told Sky News' sports presenter Jacquie Beltrao.
"I think tomorrow when I see Macs, my son, and Sara, my wife, I think it's going to, yeah, I think that's when it'll hit me."
