Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says her government’s school library book ban is still to be revised and will be revealed days later than initially promised.
Speaking on her call-in radio show Saturday, Smith said the updated ban would apply to what she described as “graphic images depicting pornographic materials.”

“It’s a directive that is going to be revised and revealed on Monday,” Smith told her audience.
The government had previously said the new ministerial order setting out the revised terms of the ban would be published Friday afternoon after a technical briefing for reporters earlier in the day.
