Florida football will face some hard truths in the coming weeks following a 18-16 loss to USF on Sept. 6 at The Swamp.

The No. 15 Florida Gators (1-1) made too many physical and mental errors and didn't resemble a program ready to turn the corner under fourth-year coach Billy Napier.

"Players make mistakes, it's part of the game, but I do think that ultimately it's my responsibility," Napier said.

Florida has plenty of issues to clean up in practice before it begind SEC play on Sept. 13 at No. 4 LSU (7:30 p.m., ABC)
