Less than two weeks after a woman was given a suspended sentence and placed on probation for felony possession of meth, she allegedly took more than $3,200 from a 78-year-old man.

Jennifer Woolsey, 40, waived her preliminary hearing and was bound over to District Court Aug. 25 for exploitation of a vulnerable adult.

On July 4, a woman called police to report that Woolsey had stolen a large amount of money from her 78-year-old father.

Her father has limited to no mobility, and he was hospitalized in Sheridan for several months this year. While he was in the hospital, his nephew, Casey Woolsey, was helping him with his financial affairs.
