In 2026, the Campbell County Public Library may be seeing a few new additions to its services, should it succeed in getting a few grants.

Last week, John Jackson, library director, highlighted three grants the library is currently working to secure, which, if successful, would see up to $45,000 going to the library to support three projects.

The Campbell County Commissioners approved all three grant applications at their meeting this week.

One of the grant applications is for a $10,000 grant from the Wyoming Community Foundation to purchase equipment for the makerspace in the Gillette branch, including a larger 3D printer and a laser cutter with a fume extractor.
