Warren County health officials are implementing preventive measures after multiple mosquito samples tested positive for West Nile virus , with targeted pesticide treatments scheduled for Wednesday in Phillipsburg.

The treatment will cover 18 streets, including Bowhay Avenue, Chambers Street, Davis Street, and Washington Street, as officials respond to an increase in Asian Tiger Mosquito populations.
