AUSTINTOWN A former Struthers man who went to prison for setting a deadly apartment fire on Youngstown’s North Side is behind bars again.

Fifty-seven-year-old Brian Gasior was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on Saturday, according to sheriff’s office records.

Austintown Township Police arrested Gasior on what booking records list as a "Parole Violation".

The arrest comes after the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction issued a warrant for Gasior as a "Violator at Large." The department had warned the public not to approach him, describing him as potentially dangerous and possibly armed.

Gasior's arrest follows his release from prison in July of last year, but he was placed on probation for another three years. He had been serving a 17-year sentence for the 2007 deat
