Syracuse, N.Y. — Rain and chilly temperatures Saturday didn’t keep art lovers from traversing Ruskin Avenue to browse and buy the work of local creatives.

The Art on the Porches festival, hosted by the Greater Strathmore Neighborhood Association, draws attention to area’s beautiful historic architecture and celebrates city life, connection and local art. Hundreds attend this event, now in its 23rd year.
