A 21-year-old man remains in custody Sunday for allegedly shooting a man to death and wounding a woman during an argument in the parking lot of a McDonald’s in East Hollywood.

Officers were dispatched at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday to a shooting in the area of Romaine Street and Western Avenue, according to Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.

Paramedics rushed the two victims to a hospital, where the 36-year-old man was pronounced dead and the 35-year-old woman had stable vital signs, Eisenman said. The woman suffered a gunshot wound to her left leg, according to KeyNews.tv.
