CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A woman wanted on bench warrant in a Marion County drug charges case now is facing three felony possession with intent to deliver charges in Harrison County.

Senior Trooper Isaiah Bowman charged Crystal Michelle Bailey, 42, of Salem, with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, methamphetamine and marijuana.

Bowman alleged he served a search warrant Saturday at Bailey's residence on Water Street, finding: A large quantity of suspected crystal meth; "numerous bags" containing suspected fentanyl; a bag of suspected marijuana; and four digital scales.

Bailey entered a not guilty before Harrison Chief Magistrate Frank DeMarco and is presumed innocent.
