Starting tomorrow, the westbound lanes over the CN Viaduct on Pitts Memorial Drive will close for construction work.

The eastbound lanes will open to traffic moving east and west, and the eastbound ramp heading to Water Street will remain closed until the project is complete.

That stretch of highway, which links the downtown with incoming and outgoing traffic from points west, has seen more than its share of closures, reductions and interruptions over the past several years.
