LAKE ITASCA — Local artists are invited to join MdW regional art coalition for a one-day mini-summit and pop-up market from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13, at Itasca Biological Station and Laboratories, 28131 University Circle.

The event will include artist presentations, open studios and vendors. This is a free gathering and lunch will be provided.

According to the MdW website, "Rotating on a bi-annual basis, the Assembly and Summit connect artists and audiences across geographic boundaries to generate a regional dialogue about the Midwest cultural landscape."
