Boffins have discovered that dogs can train their humans . ‌

It’s always been thought that owners teach pooches commands as their masters. ‌

But researchers have found evidence to suggest owners learn from their pets too. ‌

When a dog sets off in a particular direction, many owners subconsciously follow them.

Clever canines could use this to make us head in an unplanned direction on a walk or to the food cupboard.

Eggheads from Eotvos Lorand University in Hungary recruited 117 dog owners, who were divided into three groups. ‌
