Temporary lane and shoulder closures are expected for parts of Route 40 between Hamilton Common Drive in Mays Landing and West End Avenue in Atlantic City, county officials said.

On Monday through Friday, the state Department of Transportation has scheduled the following temporary closures:

Temporary right lane closures: Franklin Blvd in Pleasantville to West End Ave intersection in Atlantic City from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Temporary shoulder closures: Franklin Blvd in Pleasantville to West End Ave intersection in Atlantic City from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Temporary right lane closures: Fernwood Avenue to Tilton Road intersection in Egg Harbor Township from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
