THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A man was shot in the face outside of a building in the Bronx on Sunday, according to police.

The FDNY received a call of a possible shooting near E 161st Street around 7:15 p.m. on Sunday.

NYPD officials said a 20-year-old man was shot in the face in front of 611 E 161st St. and was taken to a nearby hospital.

He is said to be in stable condition, according to police.

Video on Citizen showed an EMS vehicle at the corner of Cauldwell Avenue and 161st Street, along with police officers investigating the area.

Police said no arrests were made.
