TWO HARBORS, Minn. (Northern News Now) - For more than a decade, a group has gathered to honor a Two Harbors woman for the remarkable work and legacy she left behind.
The 13th annual Bev Bright Memorial Pet Walk saw a lot of wagging tails as community members came out to help raise money for the Lake County Humane Society.
Bev lost her battle with pancreatic cancer back in 2012.
Now, her daughter is the current president of the Humane Society in Two Harbors, and says she is amazed to see how many in the community still come out to support the family and have an amazing time together for the annual pet crowning and pet walk.
