A woman has been arrested following a dispute between neighbours, the Manchester Evening News understands.

Officers were called out to Aspinall Street, in Middleton , shortly after 8.20pm on Sunday night (September 7).

Greater Manchester Police says a 50-year-old woman was arrested following reports of a 'disturbance at a property'.

She was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and remains in custody this morning (Monday).

It's understood emergency services attended the scene following a dispute involving neighbours.

Witnesses reported seeing paramedics and firefighters at the scene alongside GMP.
