By early next year, the "North Star of soccer facilities in North America" will be operating in Morris County.

The Red Bulls may have "New York" in their name, but they have plenty of New Jersey fans and a home field in Harrison at Sports Illustrated Stadium. Now, the club is sinking even deeper roots into the Garden State: a massive new headquarters and training center rising on 80 acres in Morris Township.

The NY Red Bulls Performance and Development Center , with a budget "north" of $100 million, is about 70% finished, club Vice President of Operations Shaun Oliver said during a Sept. 4 tour of the property with the Daily Record. With as many as 180 workers on-site, most of the building frames and exteriors are complete.
